Product Distribution Australia (PDA) has brought the new hybrid DYSS Apollo UV printer into the local market, targeting printers of packaging prototypes, labels, high-end press-proofs, sign graphics, point-of-purchase signage, backlit displays, and real estate signage.
There are three printers in the series, ranging from 1600mm, 2200mm and 2600mm wide. Print heads are the Ricoh Gen4 printing CMYK white and clear. The hybrid moniker in the Apollo UV series is indicative of its ability to print both flatbed and roll-to-roll.
Industry identity Warren Davey is the sales and marketing manager for PDA, he says that the company is offering a factory backed discount and extended warranty at no cost as an introductory promo, the offer is open until June 30.
PDA has been marketing DYSS print and cut solutions here since 2011.
