The 22nd National Print Awards are only weeks away, and in an industry first, they will be held on May 25 during PacPrint week (May 24-29) at Melbourne’s Crown Casino. Attendees of PacPrint 05 at the Melbourne Exhibition & Convention Centre at Docklands will be just a short riverside stroll from the Awards and a first-hand look at the cream of Australia’s graphic arts professionals being recognised.

All gold-medal and sponsored awards winners will be announced at the gala presentation ceremony and dinner, to be held on May 25.

Due to strong demand for tables, National Print Awards chairman Alf Carrigan has urged the Australian industry to book space immediately and avoid disappointment. Tables of 10 will be allocated in order of booking, so it is strongly advised to book early.

Invitations to the dinner have been scheduled for mailing to all entrants at the beginning of April. Alternatively, invitations can be obtained by visiting www.nationalprintawards.com.au and obtaining an invitation/registration form. These can also be obtained by emailing and requesting a form.

Registration forms should be printed out and completed, then faxed to National Print Awards headquarters on . The form has space for the attendees’ names and for credit card details. Most importantly, registration forms need to be submitted by the booking deadline of May 11.

Winning entries of all medallists will be displayed at the Melbourne Exhibition and Convention Centre for the duration of PacPrint 05.
