Konica Minolta has appointed Brett Palmer national product manager – Digital Print Solutions, Australia. He brings to the role 20 years of experience working in the graphic communications industry, most recently for Konica Minolta Business Solutions as product support manager, providing support and training for the Konica Minolta range specialising in Production Colour.Palmer will be responsible for managing, promoting and positioning Konica Minolta’s bizhub PRO products within the Digital Print Solutions arena and will focus on the implementation of CS Remote Care to increase customer satisfaction across the bizhub and bizhub PRO range.
