Two leading label industry suppliers are also among the exhibitors at Labelexpo; label substrate suppliers Avery Dennison Roll Materials Europe, and ink suppliers Akzo Nobel Inks. The two companies recently joined together to inaugurate an industry-leading initiative, Ink Link - an internet application, accessible via the public areas of the Fasson Online website. Ink Link is designed to set to save label converters from running exhaustive, time-consuming trials to find the optimum ink solution for use with a particular label facestock. It gives customers detailed advice on the compatibility of Akzo Nobel inks with Fasson-brand label materials. It provides printability reports for each ink type, based on tests carried out by Akzo Nobel Inks, and a one-stop on-line ordering facility for both inks and labelstocks.Avery Dennison Roll Materials will be demonstrating the newly expanded Ink Link service on Stand 5A40 as part of its Fasson Ideas that Work for You theme, which showcases the Fasson capability for providing innovation, optimal product price/performance ratio, and service - for converter and end-user alike.
