Paper merchant KW Doggett has appointed a new sales manager as well as new specifications representative at its Sydney branch in order to strengthen its sales team.

Martin Hosking has joined the team as sales manager. Hosking’s background includes running the family business Fred Hosking for fourteen years and more recently working within the sustainability industry.

James McGrath, branch manager for KW Doggett says, “Martin comes to us with a great deal of management and industry experience and I am confident we will all learn and grow from him leading our sales team.”

Hosking will be supported by Jim Pritchard, who has worked in sales with Doggett’s for the last five years. Over this time Pritchard has become a mentor for the company’s new recruits and for the existing sales force, passing on invaluable knowledge, according to the company.

Pritchard’s new role will see him lead the paper specification team as well as continuing with his current role of senior sales representative.

He says, “Leading the specification team is going to be a new challenge for me, but having the products, people and internal support I am looking forward to passing my industry experience onto the Specification Reps.”

Reporting to Pritchard will be Nicolle Normand, the new Sydney specifications representative who has recently moved to Australia from South Africa.

Normand has over ten years experience in paper merchanting covering various roles from specification sales, print sales and product management.

Nathan Doggett, national sales manager says, “We are really excited to have found someone who has so much paper experience, she is the ideal candidate, full of enthusiasm and knowledge, perfect to hit the ground running this side of Christmas.”
