Some 98 per cent of available space at PacPrint 05 has been sold, leaving only a handful of stands, the organisers announced yesterday. “These figures bear-out that PacPrint is still the largest trade show in the Southern Hemisphere for the printing and graphics industries”, says Ron Patterson, chairman of the board. “We have now met our projections for the event, with more than 240 organisations and companies booked and occupying some 27, 000 square metres gross at the Melbourne Exhibition and Convention Centre; a feat rarely achieved by an industry-only exhibition. Our focus now is on attracting a maximum number of trade visitors.

“The overwhelming response from both Australian and international suppliers will ensure that PacPrint ’05 is a ‘must-see’ event in 2005”, Patterson concludes.
