Publishing, marketing and distribution rights of Quark Publishing System (QPS) have been returned to Quark Inc. in a business realignment that will see Australiaís Modulo Systems surrender the development contract but retain distribution of the product. As part of the shake-up, Moduloís ownership has reverted to founder Lee Silverman and a group of investors via a buy out of former interests. It is expected that a new board of directors will be announced shortly.

GAMAAís lucky seven The seven recipients of the inaugural 2002 round of the GAMAA Education Scholarship Fund have been announced. They are Coates Australia regional manager for Queensland Stephen Brunsden, Varn International technical sales manager Mark Cameron, Seven Worldwide account manager Russell Cavanagh, Toyo Inks technical services director Anthony Choi, Roden Print sales and marketing manager Chris Roden, G Force Business Solutions manager Richard Rasmussen and Ferag assistant accountant Michael Dongo.
