Starleaton Digital Solutions has expanded its WA branch with the appointment of John Brannan as sales representative specialising in wide format hardware, software and consumables. WA branch manager, David Wood, sees further growth ahead as Starleaton’s product portfolio and reputation grows. "We are definitely in a growth phase here in the West and John’s skill set, experience and positive attitude will ensure that continues, Wood says.

Brannan, 33, gained his knowledge of wide-format digital when he entered the exhibition and display industry in New South Wales in 1993. He joined highly regarded Sydney finishing company, Emergent Designs, spending two years in production followed by six years in sales. He later famed digital photographic lab and wide-format display specialist, Trannys, as account manager.

On moving to Perth with his wife, Brannan joined Celmac and was appointed its WA distributor.

"I’m delighted to join the Starleaton team. I’ve watched the company grow and grow and now, with the addition of the new HP Designjet 10000s, we have low-solvent digital print offerings all the way up to 2.6 metres, plus aqueous dye and pigment in all sizes up to 1.52 metres plus a fantastic range of aqueous and solvent media all the way up to 5 metres with our Seal and Neschen brands," says Brannan
