Nation Multimedia Group Public Co., Ltd. (NMG), Thailand’s leading media group, has selected AMC’s Enterprise advertising system to streamline and further enhance its growing multi-media sales operations. The system includes 24 seats for Classified and ROP advertisement booking as well as sophisticated CRM (customer relationship management) tools. AMC (www.amc.com) will also be developing Enterprise to allow NMG to book radio and TV advertising, providing the publisher with a true multi-media advertising solution.

"We selected AMC Enterprise because it will provide our multi-media company with the dual-language advertising sales tools it needs now, and will provide an upgrade path for our future," says Khun Thanachai Santichaikul, Vice Chairman, Nation Multimedia Group. "In addition, AMC has high calibre local people who understand our needs, and the needs of the local market."

NMG has emerged as one of the leading media houses in Thailand and Asia, publishing an English language daily The Nation and two market-leading Thai daily newspapers Krungthep Turakij and Kom Chad Luek, books and magazines, as well as operating Nation Channel, Thailand’s first and only 24-hour television news station, together with a number of radio channels.

Reiner Ebenhoch, AMC’s VP for Asia comments: "This success is a testimonial to everybody involved from NMG and AMC and from our partner in Thailand, Intergrafica Print & Pack (IPP). This order also emphasises Nation Multimedia Group’s forward-looking attitude. The implementation of the Enterprise Advertising Management Solution will help NMG to enhance advertising sales, improve efficiency, and strengthen relationships with its customers for all its media."

Enterprise will also provide NMG with improved workflow, WYSIWYG up-sell capabilities and powerful management reporting, including accurate performance against targets statistics.

The system is being delivered and implemented almost entirely by local AMC and IPP Thai staff, emphasising AMC’s global technical and training strength.
