Hamilton based label manufacturer Admark Visual Imaging has won two gold medals at the World Label Association Awards in Brussels. The golds were won for a label for Judge Valley Wines and a Spiderman in-mould label for Sistema.

Admark also received a highly commended for a label for Comvita Royal Jelly Evening Primrose.

The world awards are based on the work of manufacturers who have already won gold medals for their work in their own national awards in Europe, the United States, Japan, Australia and New Zealand.

Admark chief executive Geoff Wheeler says to win golds at this level was "hugely rewarding and reflects our investment in staff, attention to detail, and in technology."

The world awards cap off a winning year for Admark.

As well as winning medals for its label work, the company has also been recognised for screen and digital printing.

So far this year Admark has won 12 international and eight national awards.
