PrintCity has appointed David Stamp as international director of marketing and communications. With 21 years experience serving in several worldwide and European communications roles for Goss International and its predecessors, David Stamp has a broad knowledge of the graphic arts industry.

PrintCity is a strategic alliance that connects worldwide expertise from over 40 independent companies within the graphic arts industry. Members work together in partnerships within a complete workflow – from pre-press to press to post-press – within the packaging, commercial and publishing sectors.
Its members combine in working partnerships and projects to provide value to their customers through the integration of technology and worldwide expertise. The results are communicated through seminars, trade fairs, printed material and the Internet.

Stamp says that PrintCity is well recognised as an organisation that can consistently deliver positive workflow driven production solutions for the graphic arts sector and has proved that it is a world class body by offering access to the knowledge base of so many leading global suppliers in one place.

“Since drupa 2000, PrintCity has become well known for its exhibition presentation of member company capabilities to deliver value added, total production solutions. It has also become recognised for its year-round benefits provided through its publications, research projects and reports which have added to global industry knowledge,” Stamp adds.

“We will be conducting research and identifying growth opportunities for PrintCity in this 365/24/7 area in the period through drupa 2008, plus creating a few surprises for drupa 2008 itself!”
