Daniel J Blount has been appointed senior vice president and CFO of Graphic Packaging Corporation

Graphic Packaging Corporation has appointed Daniel J Blount as senior vice president and CFO. Blount had been acting CFO of the paperboard packaging solutions company since September.He held the position of senior vice president and CFO of Riverwood Holding until the company’s merger with Packaging International Corporation. Since then he has held the position of senior vice president of integration, responsible for achieving the synergies outlined in the merger agreement between the two companies.
Blount has also held several positions at Montgomery Kone, United Technologies and Ernst & Young.
At Graphic Packaging Corp he will report directly to president and CEO Stephen Humphrey. Blount replaces John Baldwin, who resigned in August.
Headquartered in the US, but with operations all over the world, including Australia, Graphic Packaging Corporation provides paperboard packaging solutions to multinational food, beverage and other consumer products companies.
