One week until Jenrite Tech Expo

Jenrite will debut the HP Latex 300 wide format printer series when it hosts the first of its 2014 Technology Expos on June 11 at Highbrook, East Tamaki in Auckland.

Craig Simmons, product manager at Jenrite, says the HP machines offer numerous benefits for New Zealand print, sign and copy businesses.

He says, “Prior to the launch of the new machines, HP conducted a huge amount of research with end users, including non-HP users, as to what could be improved with the previous generation of HP machines and how HP could help eliminate users pain-points. The general consensus was that end users wanted a machine that gave them sellable output, quickly and consistently. The key message was that it was not just about the speed of output, but how quickly you could then use that output and make money from it.

“After hearing that key message, HP set out to reinvent its latex technology by further developing its latex ink and the machines user interface, the result is the Latex 300 series with third generation latex ink.”

The Expo follows previous years’ shows put on by Jenrite. Like last year’s show, Jenrite has invited experts who can discuss printing, finishing and workflow with visitors.

The Expo will also show HP UV flatbed printers; Avery vehicle wrapping. Summa vinyl cutters; Esko workflow solutions; Flexi Design and rip software; Onyx Rip software; laminators, mounters as well as flatbed laminators and a range of displays new media and application concepts.
