Max Dätwyler passes away
Max Dätwyler, founder of the gravure laser engraving company that bears his name passed away on April 7, 2005 after a lengthy illness, aged 89. His legacy will live on as the innovative entrepreneur who was dedicated to the growth of the gravure printing industry. Dätwyler believed that he could make a difference with the development of form preparation equipment that would revolutionise the market.
Through the hard work and determination of his family and many employees, Dätwyler saw his vision grow into a worldwide sales and service organisation that is respected throughout the printing arena.
In honour of Max Dätwyler, memorials may be made in his name to the Feed The Children Organization.
