Entries are now open for The 2013 Asian Publishing Awards to be held on July 12 in Manila, Philippines as part of the seventh annual Asian Publishing Convention.

In its seventh year, The Asian Publishing Awards honour outstanding publishing practitioners and corporate communicators across Asia.

There are 19 categories which include:

Best Feature on Asian Fashion

Best Feature on Asian Travel

Best Feature on Wine-Tasting

Best Feature on Interior Decoration

Best Feature on Timepieces

Best Multimedia Integration to Engage Audiences

Best Use of Design, Layout and Presentation

Content Development: Expressing ‘editorial personality’ across channels

Book Awards

Best Book on the Media Industry in Asia

Best Insights Into Asian Societies (non-fiction)

Corporate Communications Awards

Best Multimedia Campaign by Corporate Advertiser

The deadline to submit entries is May 10, 2013.

The 2012 Best Cover Design winner was The 100th issue of FHM China Magazine by Trends Media Group. The Runners-up were ‘Going Arabic’ by Asian Geographic Magazine and the ‘Pink Ribbon’ cover of Trendshealth by Trends Media Group.
