Canon Australia’s Queensland display graphics representative Jane Bridger is doing the World’s Greatest Shave in support of the Leukaemia Foundation and has raised $8000.

Bridger has shaved off all her hair in an event that has seen thousands of volunteers either shave their hair off completely or dye it in a bid to raise money to fight a disease that impacts 31 new Australians every day.

Steven Badger, product manager- display graphics, Canon Professional Print told Australian Printer, “It is a great thing what Jane is doing. A lot of customers have supported her and are behind her. Jane has had support from the print industry including Women in Print and her colleagues. The original aim was to raise $5000 and she is now well on her way to reaching the $10000 mark.”

Bridger says, “Your donation will fund vital blood cancer research and free support for people with leukaemia, lymphoma and myeloma.”
