Roland DG will conduct demonstrations of its product range with particular focus placed on printing and cutting devices and screen-printing applications. A highlight will be new technology that enables large format, process colour, film positives to be produced directly from inkjet printers.

Marcus Adler, Roland DG managing director says, “This new technique will enable screen printers to directly print perfectly registered, process colour, CMYK, sets of film via a large format printer. This technology has been made possible by the development of new rip software and our partnership with Agfa film.”

The company will conduct demonstrations of the film output process on the FJ600 HiFi Jet large format printer.

For the large format market, production level printers capable of both printing and cutting, ranging from 30” to 54” wide, will be demonstrated.
