The acquisition of Impressive Laser Solutions continues Geon's aggressive acquisition strategy, which has been going on for the past two years, and has resulted in the private equity backed company snapping up a host of print and mail outfits.

Impressive's owner, Allen Franklin, will continue to manage the business, which will operate as a subsidiary brand of Geon.
Towell says, "The purchase is a strategic initiative that will allow the Queensland operations to provide customers with a broader product and service offering, further consolidating our strength in the Queensland market."
