NUR CFO resigns
NUR Macroprinters’ David Seligman has resigned from his position as CFO, effective October 14, 2005. Seligman, who has been with the wide format ink jet printing systems company for two years, says he has enjoyed his time there, but is leaving to pursue personal interests.
“Over the past few months, together with the rest of management, I have worked very hard to improve the financial stability of the company to ensure long term growth,” says Seligman. “I believe that at this point, with the signing of the agreements regarding a new investment and restructuring of NUR’s bank debt, NUR is back on the right track to success and it is time for me to move on.”
NUR CEO David Amir wished Seligman the best of luck in future endeavours and thanked him for his hard work. “David has been an invaluable asset to our company over the particularly difficult recent period,” he says.
Amir will serve as Acting CFO from October 15 to November 14, when the already appointed new CFO will start work.
The appointment will not be announced until then.
