Sydney based Label and flexible packaging company Pack Creations has installed a new AGI Plate Washer thanks to Jet Technologies.
Paul Antonellos, general manager, Pack Creations is happy with the installation of his new AGI Plate Processor, he says, “It is a perfect fit to the production process where the printers are not wasting time cleaning plates by hand which no one likes, it a simple process where the printers drop their plates after printing on the delivery tray and the Plate Washer does the rest.
Antonellos says, "There is no mess, the plates come out nice and clean ready for storage for use the next time. In today’s world anything that cuts down production time, helps in saving money and keeps everyone happy."
Antonellos purchased the AGI Plate Processor thanks to the support of supplier Jet Technologies. He says, “Jet Technologies recommended the AGI Plate Washer to us and we couldn’t go past it. We now have a solution to cleaning plates, it will save us a lot of time.”
Ruvan Weereratne, technical account manager, Jet Technologies says, "It is designed to replace the process of hand cleaning Printing Plates after use, and is used to remove ink off Letterpress and Flexo printing plates. It can improve the production of printing staff and save the plates for reuse, the bottom line is, it will save time and money."

Pack Creations is the creation of two companies, Label Creation is a label printer that has been in the industry since 2002 and Flexpak which has been in the flexible packaging industry for over 40 years.
