PacPrint exhibitors were told they have contributed to more than 90 per cent of the available space already being sold, at exhibitors briefings in Melbourne and Sydney this week.
With less than three months to go until the doors open PacPrint has managed to avoid the fate of Ipex, which has seen a slew of major names pull out following the withdrawal of Heidelberg, the German press giant is the only big name missing from PacPrint.
Some 8,534sqm of the 10,000sqm available has been sold, with another 472sqm reserved. There are 95 different exhibitors so far. Organisers GAMAA and Printing Industries say the show won’t just be aboutr technology.
At the briefing PacPrint chairman Ian Martin told Australian Printer, “Print business owners want business information as much as technology, and this is what we will provide with seminars and workshops. The show will also have a Cross media centre and an e-Business centre where printshop owners and managers can explore opportunities.
PacPrint is slated for May 21-25 at the Melbourne Exhibition Centre. Pre-registration is now available on the PacPrint website.
