BERTL honours Océ ColorWave 600 with stars and award

The Océ ColorWave 600 has received 4.5 BERTL stars and BERTL’s best 2008 award for best innovative and new technology wide format printer.

 

Henrik Vestermark, director of wide format at BERTL, said. “With the Océ ColorWave 600 printer, we found a very exciting new technology in the Océ CrystalPoint technology and a surprisingly good colour matching even when printing on regular paper. Add to that the performance of 4 ‘D’ sizes per minute in colour and you have an excellent mid volume colour printer suitable for any production environment.”

BERTL noted the combination of fast production speed in colour and black and white with output quality. It stated that the machine’s method of replacing the toner cartridge was the easiest and fastest way it had have seen.

Paul Thomas, national product manager for Konica Minolta New Zealand’s Oce partner, said, “This is more evidence that the Oce Colorwave 600 is a real winner. This product is winning industry awards all over the place for its innovative design and technology.”
