Mark Gilchrist has been appointed factory manager for Croxleyís Printing and Publishing Plant following the retirement of Allan McLeod.
Gilchrist was a tradesman hardcase book binder when he emigrated from Scotland to join the company, then Collins Olympic, in 1989. He worked his way up from a machine operating tradesman, through positions as leading hand and bindery supervisor, prior to being selected for the factory manager position.

Ian Gibson has been appointed national sales manager for CPI Group after spending the last four years as South Island branch manager and 20 years within the group, starting in 1982 with Sidney Cooke Graphics (now CPI). His new position has been created to take advantage of the opportunities in the Auckland market for tailor-made, one-source solutions for companies wanting the best return on investment across CPIís three divisions.

He will be looking after machinery sales for the Auckland region including Komori presses and bindery equipment. Gillanders has a background in equipment sales specialising in selling bindery and mailing equipment. He has taken up the position at CPI from B & H Mailing Systems in Sydney where he has worked for the past two years.
