Print asset management software provider Pharos Systems International has won the Microsoft Software Company of the Year Award for 2005. The award, presented at the Allied Telesyn New Zealand HiTech Awards in Christchurch, recognised Pharos Systems for global leadership in Enterprise Print Asset Management, strong partner and customer relationships, and an employee-based corporate culture. Pharos Systems impressed the judges with its cutting-edge technology, and its ability to achieve strong revenue growth since it was established in 1992. With a strong customer base that includes top Fortune 50 companies and Ivy League colleges and universities, Pharos Systems has positioned itself as a market leader in helping corporations and higher education institutions reap maximum IT cost savings by gaining and sustaining control over print and copy costs.

“We are delighted and proud to receive this recognition,†said Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder of Pharos Systems, Paul Reddy. “We continually strive to improve our software technology so that we can offer the best-in-class solutions to our customers as they work to advance their businesses. This award confirms that our efforts are not only visible in the marketplace, but that they are also well-directed.â€
