Designer, manufacturer and worldwide marketer of hot and cold adhesive application equipment, Valco Cincinnati Inc, has acquired Melton SL, an internationally recognised manufacturer of compatible hot melt equipment based in Navarra, Spain. Paul Chambers, vice president, Sales and Marketing, Valco Cincinnati, says, “this acquisition now provides us with one of the most complete and diverse product lines for hot and cold adhesive equipment in the industry and significantly extends our distribution and service network to better serve the needs of a demanding market.”

Since Melton’s founding in 1988, it has worked hard on the design and manufacture of the wide range of products, its goal having been to offer every client the opportunity to choose a quality alternative with a comprehensive solution to each hot melt, polyurethane or polyamide application.

Valco Cincinnati chairman, Greg Amend, says, “We have always been the world leader in cold adhesive application systems and with this recent addition we look forward to being known for our hot melt equipment expertise as well.
