Jet Technologies has launched Jet-Live, an online ordering and quoting system for its rotary tooling in response to customer demands and faster product turnaround times.

Mark Simpson, product support manager, Jet Technologies told Australian Printer, “We have launched Jet-Live mainly in response to customer demand; product turnaround times are becoming quicker and quicker – as a result the need for information; pricing, tracking etc. is required more or less instantaneously.”

Simpson says, “Jet-Live gives our clients the ability to get the information they need at a press of a button, there is no need for telephone calls, faxes or e-mails.”

Simpson says the response has been positive both from clients in Australia and New Zealand. He says, “Customer feedback has told us that we need to increase our available products online, which has always been the intention.”

Jet-Live was initially developed for Jet Technologies Rotary Tooling product range from Kocher+Beck which includes the 3L Laser Long Life Flexible die.

“It is just the tip of the iceberg. Over the coming months the system will be updated to incorporate a wider offering from our portfolio,” concludes Simpson.
