Sejong sticks with manroland alcohol free

South Korean commercial printer SeJong C&P has installed a five-colour Roland 700 Direct Drive press to fit with its other alcohol-free equipment.

The company has risen from a design sepcialist to a commercial printing giant with a turnover of around €20-million and 200 employees. It numbers Samsung, Lotte and Amore Pacific among its high-profile customers.

SeJong C&P invests in new machinery from manroland Sheetfed every two years. It sees the ROLAND 700 DirectDrive as tailor-made for short print runs. The company handles a variety of work and also runs a 10-colour Roland 700 HiPrint perfecting press for longer run and a six-colour Rolaand 700 HiPrint press for specialised work.

Placing environment-friendly printing as a top as a top priority, SeJong C&P only uses machines that run without alcohol. It uses manroland presses exclusively and its staff members fully understand the capabilities of its manroland presses. The company says that, with a strong team of in-house designers, experienced operators, strict control on printing quality, and help of Manroland technology, SeJong C&P will continue to grow.
