This year’s Publish Asia, the top level conference for newspaper executives has as its conference theme: Winning Formulas in an Everchanging Media Landscape. Produced by Ifra this year’s event is the fifth for the Asia Pacific region. Location is the Shangri-La Hotel in Bangkok, dates are April 19-20.

According to Ifra the publishing industry has experienced a whirlwind of change over the past few years. In the competitive onslaught that has provided the internet and mobile, free distribution and compact formats, publishers
have needed to draw up to strategies. From this comes the need to be forward thinking and embrace the new trends of this ever-changing media landscape.
