Pentaward Concept gold winnner for beverages in 2013: ‘Sprout’ by Springetts Brand Design Consultants, UK
The Pentawards Packaging Concepts 2014 competition is open for entries, with designers and students, freelancers and companies invited to submit their best conceptual work. Organisers say it is not necessary to supply prototypes but only rendered images of the packaging concepts.
Last year’s gold winners include cute kids dressed as vegetables gracing Sprout packaging by the UK’s Springetts Brand Design Consultants and giant moustaches atop bottles of ‘The Barbers Gentlemen’s Care’ by German group Soerentibor.
The Pentawards Classic 2014 competition, for existing packaging already available on the market, will open for entries on April 14 and close on May 23.
