Ipex 2014 organisers say the event will once again place its Printers’ Profit Zone on the show floor for the duration of the event.
Visitors can take part in a range of informative sessions, which organisers say will help tackle the main trends, threats and opportunities facing the print industry. Nick Craig Waller, Ipex 2014 marketing director, says, “With information and content high on the agenda for business owners, we are delighted to be able to confirm the return of the Printers’ Profit Zone.
“In this fast changing environment, it is more important than ever for print service providers to ensure they stay on top of the latest industry trends and the opportunities it represents. The Printers Profit Zone is the ideal platform to receive free hands-on training and to get robust and tangible business advice and insights from key industry figures.”
He adds that the five sessions taking place every day will include master classes, where attendees will hear about critical issues that face print service providers today and learn the practical steps profit leaders take to grow their sales and increase revenue. Mr X Files will feature case studies where profitable printers reveal some of their secrets to grow sales and profit margins in competitive markets and leading industry figures will chair the Big Print Debates to discuss key issues affecting print service providers.
Trendspotting in Print, moderated by print & media analyst Neil Falconer who recently visited New Zealand, will present data and statistics that highlight hardware and software trends that are shaping the future of print. The presentations will cover digital and offset commercial print, wide format, packaging and multi-channel marketing in Europe, the Americas and Asia Pacific.
