DSM Kalker first showcased its SuperStitch stitching machine earlier this year at PacPrint and the company has brought this new piece of kit to the New Zealand market as well.
The new SuperStitch Heavy Duty standalone or bench top stitching machines will find homes in small to medium sized printers who need to staple books up to 30mm thick. DSM Kalker has a range of stitching wires for these machines in small and large spools depending on what is needed.
Daniel Kalker, national sales manager for DSM Kalker, says, “These new SuperStitch stitching Machines are appropriate for most types of bookbinding, which can runs at a variety of speeds and up to 100 to 200 books an hour. It is targeted at small to medium size printers.”
The SuperStitch wire stitching machine model JW-35 has automatic threading and a single table equipped with adjustable side and back guides. It requires round wire for all applications, and has a wire snipper for increased threading efficiency.
